We love happy, excited and enthusiastic reveiws. As a business or person, jeesh who doesn’t love that? Well the thing is, some websites like yelp in thier quest for real reviews tend to at times error on the over causious side.
Yelp has a special page for every business called thier filtered review page.Here’s ours . Yelp tells us that anytime their computer thinks a review is too good to be true they filter it with out a human back up check. We still love these sites and are glad they work so hard to maintain good reputable information, Unfortunatly some of our biggest fans and 5 star reviews have been filtered out. As they say on thier page “Note: The reviews below are not factored into the business’s overall star rating.”

“I love Lembo Montgomery & Team. Very friendly and informative. Once all of my payment came in from my insurance, I received a refund check from them and didn’t even have to ask for it. Way to go, they are really on top of things. Most offices don’t refund back. Thank you Lembo Montgomery………..Whitney”

We are not sure why exactly this review got filtered, but we do not want this to be a rant against Yelp. We use them and we love them. And we are also so grateful for anyone who takes time to find us on these site and shares thier experience.
