I started seeing Dr. Montgomery 2 years ago. I knew from the beginning this office was not like the other Dentists I have been too. The office is beautiful, her team is so friendly and Dr. Montgomery is so nice and attentive. She has done many fillings on me over the years and I was at ease the whole time. Most recently she placed 8 crowns, the process was so easy. I can smile again without pain and embarrassment. My 2 year old saw Dr. Montgomery for his first dental visit. I was so pleasantly surprised by the procedure done by Dr. Montgomery- I had a couple of fillings done and couldn’t get over hoe I felt even after the numbness wore off. There was no discomfort or pain at all. It was the most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had.

At my wife’s recommendation I recently switched to Dr. Lembo-Montgomery Family & Cosmetic Dentistry after years of relative displeasure with various dentists. Due to a move, I was forced to change dentists after 35 years and chose to go to Dr Lembo and Montgomery. Needless to say, I had lots of reservations due to the fact that I am seriously “dental phobic”. Dr Lembo and all of her staff are fantastic! This is truly one of the best choices I’ve ever made. Why do I recommend Lembo-Montgomery? First, because they can take care of everything from my 8 year old’s cavity to fitting me with a retainer to straighten my tooth. From my very first phone call to get me in with an emergency with Lembo-Montgomery, the team in the office have been absolutely amazing to work with. My 3 year old son had his very first dental visit with Dr Lembo and he loved his visit so much he talked about it for days afterwards. Lembo-Montgomery & Team are awesome with kids as well as adults. My brother recently moved into the area and had a dental emergency. We called Dr Lembo and without having seen him before as a regular dental patient, she took care of his dental needs. Stephanie and Barb are great at explaining benefits so there isn’t any surprises. One day Stephanie was able to accommodate myself on a certain day being this day I had someone available to watch my kids so I could take care of my dental needs. They are very personable and they greet you at the door by name. You couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else.

Brand new office--very comfortable & inviting, even for children! Easy-to-schedule appointments with the ever-friendly Barb and Stephanie. And ,the hygienist/tech, are warm, personable & gentle. Dr. Lembo is a gem! She's knowledgeable and friendly. Her sister, Dr Montgomery, is a gem as well. The sisters are great and make you feel you are part of a family. Everyone was great with our 2 children (ages 4 & 5) as well as with me. Extremely thorough record-taking, x-rays, cleaning & examination. Conservative approach to practice; i.e., no "you need to have A, B & C immediately". Thorough explanations given on the clinical side as well as the financial/insurance side. So happy to have found this dental practice!

I just wanted to say that I am SO GLAD I found Doctors Lembo and Montgomery. I am new to the area and had a crown break unexpectedly. I saw the office listed in my Blue Cross Blue Shield network doctors list and gave them a call. Barb was so caring and understood the urgency of my problem and scheduled me to come in that same afternoon. Dr. Lembo fitted me for a new crown and gave me a temporary. When the temporary caused me some pain, I called back and once again, they had me come as soon as I could and fixed the problem. Dr. Montgomery put on my new crown a few days after that, just in time for me to leave for vacation. Everyone in this office is so FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! They do quality work and you can tell they really love what they do! I have found my new dentists. Thanks so much!

WOW! What an incredible place. It is like walking into the future. All new and advanced equipment, extremely nice and well educated assistants. Dr. Lembo and Dr. Montgomery are both extremely friendly and well educated in today's dentistry. My husband has feared dentists his whole life due to overly sensitive gums. Every procedure and technique used on him was so advanced and very comfortable for him. He honestly talked to me for a couple of days, being so overwhelmed and pleased. He was so happy that he already made his 6 month appointment. This is incredible since he had not been in over 3 years. Appointments that I scheduled, he canceled. My experience was just as nice. From the modern technology, to the friendly staff, and two dentists, that happen to be sisters (not to leave out they are well educated and highly trained) this dental practice just "ROCKS" in my book! My only request to them......NEVER leave Mooresville!

Having not been to a dentist in 30 years I was quite nervous for my first visit with Doctor Montgomery. But, from my first visit they have been awesome and helped me get control of my tooth and gum issues so that I am now pain free for the first time in m any years. At 45 years old, I have never been excited to go to the dentist- NOW I AM!! From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave- you are HAPPY! As I arrived to the office I was welcomed by a very helpful receptionist Barb, in no time I had been seen by Dr. Kara Lembo. They are all very professional and at the same time friendly. As a team they changed the famously dreadful dentist visit into a rather pleasant experience.

Dr. Montgomery and her staff are extremely caring and hospitable. Everyone was very attentive, explained what they were going to do, and made me feel very comfortable. I experienced little to no pain from getting porcelain veneers to puts on my upper four front teeth, I'm so glad I've found such a wonderful dentist and I would recommend Dr. Montgomery to anyone who needs dental work!

I just want to say that I've never met anyone in my life who loved their job and business as much as Dr. Montgomery. I was very impressed with her staff and office. If you're looking for a dentist, STOP!! Don't look any further. They are the BEST. The staff are phenomenal. This office is by far the best thing to happen to Mooresville. I've had several things done since becoming their patient and I can tell you its been a very peaceful trip to the dentist. Absolutely pain free
